Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Rochester United States. As a Housekeeper you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
- Overnight hours are from 8 pm - 8 am
- Perform general cleaning duties in resident apartments hallways and common areas ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
- Respond promptly and efficiently to resident and guest requests to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Support emergency response efforts when necessary
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with residents visitors and colleagues
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within given timeframes
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and a customer-focused approach
- Pay Range is $17-$18/hr
Qualifications :
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand walk and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems as situations arise
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about various cleaning products and techniques
- Time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents guests and co-workers
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a residential setting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer-service oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction
