Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across complex projects ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality digital deliverables.
- Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies for large-scale multidisciplinary projects
- Manage and optimize the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools to facilitate efficient project collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across all project phases
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans standards and workflows
- Implement and manage quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge BIM technologies and best practices within the organization
- Collaborate with global project teams to ensure consistent BIM implementation across diverse geographical locations
- Provide expert guidance on complex BIM-related issues and participate in high-level decision-making processes
- Develop and deliver BIM training programs to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architectural Technology Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM and digital delivery with a proven track record in senior BIM management roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Civil3D and Navisworks
- Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise
- Strong background in 3D and 2D model deliverables for complex infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary projects with geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent leadership communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing BIM strategies for large-scale projects
- Experience in establishing and managing quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables
- Knowledge of visual programming languages such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is preferred
- International experience working with global project teams is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt to and drive innovation in rapidly evolving technological environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
