About the Role

We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)to join our Shared Services Centerin Porto supporting key digital transformation initiativesacross Europe.

Youll be part of the Front Office Digital Factory Team working onthe continuous development and optimization of three in-house applications that supportconsultant skills & careers staffing and organizational sales.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international Agile environmentdeveloping high-quality solutions using JavaSQL and Angular while collaborating closely with businessand technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

Developmaintain and enhance custom applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend).

Support ongoing digital transformation projectsby implementing new features and optimizing existing functionalities.

Collaborate with Product Owners Managers and BusinessAnalysts to understand business requirements and translate theminto technical solutions.

Participate in problem resolutioninvestigating code and databases to identify and fix issues within definedSLAs.

Collaborate with L3 and L4 support teamsto resolve complex incidents.

Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies(planning reviews retrospectives and daily stand-ups).

Partner with QA teams to validatedevelopments and ensure delivery quality.

Contribute to Quality Assurance goalsimproving test coverage (unit and API tests).

Continuously improve development practices byfollowing Digital Factorystandards and Agile principles.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

To be considered your CV must clearlyinclude the following:

1-4 years of experience in fullstack development (backend frontend).

Java knowledge and experience in developing backend applications.

SQL skills (queries procedures optimization).

Experience with Angular (2 versions).

Understanding of software design patternsand best practices.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (AzurePipelines experience is a plus).

Experience in Agile (SCRUM) developmentenvironments.

Niceto Have:

Experience in cloud-based environments (Azure).

Knowledge of API testing and automation frameworks.

Familiarity with unit and integration testing tools(JUnit Mockito etc.).
