Job Summary
We are looking for skillful Backend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.
Our tech stack is built around React and TypeScript. We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs) which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions.

Salary: PLN 6.000 - 10.000 VAT (B2B); PLN 5.000 - 7.500 brutto (UZL)
- Required: Over 6 months of commercial experience in Python some experience in developing web applications basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) familiarity with creating REST APIs (e.g. using Django or Flask) experience with Git version control knowledge of testing frameworks English at B2 level Polish at C1 level.

Your future tasks and duties:
- Writing personal-best possible Python code
- Technical involvement in the product - finding ways to improve it
- Writing documentation for delivered code
- Peer code review
- Reuse and improve the company knowledge base
- Communicate with the team to efficiently translate business complexity (user stories/tasks) into solutions (end results/estimations)
- Learning learning and learning ;)
About you - Tech skills & Experience:
- 6 months of experience in Python development (internships freelance or professional experience).
- Basic knowledge of Python and experience with Django
- Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker).
- Know how to use AI but understands the consequences of its use and can independently write code without its support
- Knows the basics of building AI applications (RAG Agents etc.)

- Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
- Open-minded and proactive in solving challenges
- Strong team collaboration abilities
- Eager to stay updated with industry trends
- Strong desire to learn and grow as a developer
- Problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues suggest solutions and make decisions based on project requirements
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure)
- Contributions to personal projects or open-source work
