Job Summary

Project the aim youll have

Our clients are the largest mobile network operators in Poland and Europe. We deliver solutions that transform their networks and provide innovative services to millions of subscribers.

The goal of the project is the development of provisioning observability call control and Internet of Things (IoT) server applications for leading telecommunications operators in Poland and Europe.

Position how youll contribute

You will join and manage a team of software developers and system engineers working on implementing functionalities for mobile operators.
Managing projects and maintaining a collaborative and productive relationship with clients
Building a healthy team culture through coaching facilitating collaboration and protecting your team from distractors and demotivation.
Managing team objectives performance vacation and sick leaves.

Qualifications :

Expectations the experience you need

Commercial experience in managing influencing and reviewing cross-functional teams and their work.
Commercial experience in managing fixed scope and agile software development projects for clients.
Ability to communicate with others in a clear honest and enthusiastic way in order to build trust.

Additional skills the edge you have

Technical background.
Knowledge of design principles and engineering best practices.
Knowledge of telecommunication networks and experience in telco projects.
