Kaiako Māraurau - Teacher Permanent Tues-Fri 8.00am - 3.30pm

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic kaiako to join our teams in supporting tamariki and whānau to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about curriculum and intentional teaching
• understands Te Tiriti o Waitangi based partnerships with tamariki and whānau
• demonstrates a commitment to Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga
• embraces a culture of strong health safety aroha mana tiaki and manaaki
• has an awareness of the culture of child protection
• thrives in a team-focused environment
• is dedicated to supporting the social and emotional growth of tamariki
• is willing to create and maintain strong relationships with the wider community and outside agencies
• demonstrates a growth mindset
  

Requirements for this role:

• entitled to work in Aotearoa New Zealand
• level 7 Teaching qualification specialising in ECE
• hold a current practising certificate
• hold a valid first aid certification - level 1 or higher
