The Sales Executive is responsible for creation and maintenance of sufficient quantity and quality of customer contacts and relationships to ensure achievement of
- Achieve agreed sales and contribution target / budget and promote Sika products to all potential customers in the designated territory.
- The development of new business within respective area with the support of the Target Market Managers (TMMs) Specification Team & Technical Service Team.
- The implementation of sales and marketing objectives for the respective area.
- Provision of necessary customer product & market information as directed by the superior to enable the necessary regional support requirements to be realised.
- Manage and develop customer relationship of designated global & regional key account customers together with the Key Project Management team.
- Effectively respond to market conditions and customer requirements.
- Work effectively together with other team members to ensure maintenance and development of customer relationships which cross geographical boundaries.
- Record daily activities in a timely fashion within the company Salesforce database.
Qualifications :
- Preferably Diploma in any discipline or relevant experience
- Degree in any discipline preferably Civil Engineering;
- MBA added advantageous
Additional Information :
- Possess strong technical aptitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and in a team environment;
- Able to travel when required;
- Fluent in spoken and written English Bahasa Malaysia; and able to communicate in Mandarin and local dialects would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar industry
