Job Summary
Responsible for the design and coordination of plumbing water supply drainage and firefighting systems for large-scale building projects such as airports metro stations and commercial complexes.
Prepare and review design calculations drawings and technical specifications for plumbing and firefighting systems.
Ensure designs comply with national/international standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with architectural structural and MEP teams for design integration.
Review vendor submissions and shop drawings.
Conduct site visits for design validation and technical support.
Support tender documentation BOQ preparation and material selection.
Qualifications :
- in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in designing Plumbing systems for Buildings Airports Metro Stations or similar large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards (e.g. ASHRAE IEC NFPA)
- Strong communication skills... teamwork... client relations... willingness to travel
Additional Information :
Expertise in water supply drainage and firefighting system design.

Good understanding of NBC IS codes and international standards.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
