Strategy Development & Monitoring
Implement EHS strategy for the plant in line with global/regional strategy and monitor the organizations incremental improvement milestones through targeted goals to ensure compliance
Achievement of zero accident goal
Compliance Management & Evaluation
Oversee analyse and verify the existing and future regulatory requirements in accordance to the plant business liaise with external stakeholders and notify any regulatory findings within an established time frame
Ensuring 100% compliance no showcase notices fines
Risk Analysis & Business Continuity Management
Supervise the locations crisis management ream to establish an organizations emergency plan in line with the regulatory requirements to ensure business continuity management
No. of plant level Risks & action plan to mitigate
Audit Management
Oversee the EHS internal and external audit process (planning conducting audits close looping on audit gaps) for annual EHS maturity assessment considering different elements report results to key stake holders
Audit results without any non conformance or serious deficiency
Management Of Change
Develop an approach to deal with organizational change in business contingency
Enhancement of location EHS maturity year on year
People Management
Foresee the EHS management and digitalisation competency requirements within the function based on current and future business trends including sustainability trends and direct employee capability development accordingly

Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical/ electrical / environment)
- Advance diploma in industrial safety / masters degree in industrial safety engineering
- NEBOSH international certificate (desirable)
Experience
- 10 years of experience in relevant functions
- 3 years of work experience in the HSE function
