The Product Manager will be a member of the Israeli Regional Product and Solutions team supporting the deployment growth and strategy of Visas products and platforms in the Israeli market.
This includes but is not limited to:
Premium & Super-Premium products Click-To-Pay Tokenization Visa Payment Passkey BNPL solutions Flex credentials and Value-Added Services.
This individual will play a key role in driving the consumer product agenda for Israel based on the needs of local issuers acquirers fintechs merchants and payment service providers as well as market dynamics regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank of Israel guidelines) and corporate priorities.
They will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (including global and regional product teams local product and functional teams sales risk and operations) and external stakeholders (including banks fintechs processors wallet providers technology enablers and ecosystem partners) to conceive deliver manage and promote Visas digital and consumer products & solutions and strategy in Israel.
Tailor Global and Europe products & solutions proposition to meet Israeli market needs & demands.
- Develop products & solutions strategy and Go-to-market
- Support and help drive sales engagements as product expert in the Israeli market
- Work closely with Visa teams in Israel and Southern Europe to scale adoption including understanding and addressing associated impacts and requirements proactively providing local knowledge and insights
- Manage day to day and ad-hoc requests incl. issues resolution management presentations and market analyses
- Work closely with industry and internal stakeholders across the organization to understand market needs and improve solutions with enhancements that lead to better performance competitiveness market fit pricing and other go-to-market requirements
- Regularly assess and review market activity & trends and adjust propositions to ensure Visas products remain competitive performant and meet customers & market need.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English
Good knowledge and experience of the payments industry local payments market and ecosystem. Knowledge of Visa business and its products and services is a plus
Go-To-Market experience in product & technology roles with experience presenting information to all levels and clients
Ability to bring a strategic mindset and structured approach to problem-solving ideally with experience in product consulting or an in-house strategy function
Ability to transpose business and technical understanding to relevant market inputs with sales and product teams
Excellent relationship builder Collaborative diplomatic and flexible with the ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization across all levels
Pro-active and effective communicator with the ability to facilitate group discussions and communicate effectively across geographic and functional lines and levels
Hands-on attitude feeling comfortable to roll up the sleeves and go into the detail but maintaining a good sense of prioritization and cutting to the chase quickly where needed
