Job Summary
To follow up Jiangmen upcoming Automation line launch; ensuring the readiness and smoothness of the launch
Involve in new project launch; ensuring it is on time and meet quality requirement
New line SOP preparation
Prepare for customer audit
Work with team to reduce production line hot issue
To follow up Jiangmen upcoming Automation line launch; ensuring the readiness and smoothness of the launch
Roll out ASA and Automation strategy from top management and meet headcount saving target
MES system implementation and execution
Manage the daily operations of the PM team to ensure the compliance safety and the best practices for PM procedures are followed including accurate completion of the PM program;
Establish implement train and monitor maintenance guidelines for PM teams including safety on the job and PM;
Create a culture of safety by educating people on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment;
Develops a computerized preventive maintenance program to input PM orders and tracking status and completion;
Develops and maintains required parts list per each piece of equipment plan for scheduling maintenance and preventive maintenance by using MTTF technic but not fire-fighting;
Develops and maintains reports including downtime & machine efficiency reports;
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
