Entain Canada is looking for a Brand Manager. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy creativity and execution. Youll own the brands positioning and marketing strategy and bring it to life through campaigns partnerships and activations that build awareness and drive growth.
Youll lead the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns and brand experiences from creative development to live activations ensuring the brand shows up consistently and memorably across every touchpoint.
What youll do
Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop and evolve the brand strategy and positioning for the Canadian market.
Translate the brand strategy into actionable marketing plans that drive awareness acquisition and engagement.
Identify audience insights competitive trends and cultural moments that inform brand strategy and direction.
Campaign Development & Execution
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns from concept through delivery.
Write briefs manage timelines and oversee creative development across agencies and internal teams.
Ensure campaign assets are on-brand consistent and built to deliver performance goals.
Partnerships & Activations
Manage brand partnerships ensuring they align with business and brand objectives.
Lead on site activations sponsorships and experiential marketing efforts from planning to execution.
Collaborate with partners vendors and internal teams to bring activations to life in an engaging brand led way.
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility and audience connection.
Measurement & Insights
Define brand KPIs and track performance across campaigns partnerships and activations.
Analyse campaign and brand health data to inform future planning and optimization.
Partner with analytics and research teams to track brand awareness perception and consideration.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Performance Marketing CRM Marketing Ops and Product teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
Manage agency and vendor relationships ensuring work is on brand on time and effective.
Qualifications :
6 years of experience in brand marketing ideally within entertainment or consumer brands or have a strong passion for sports or casino.
Proven experience developing brand strategies marketing plans and creative briefs
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret brand health and campaign performance data.
Proven ability to build and execute brand marketing campaigns and experiential activations.
Experience working with creative agencies and partners.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Collaborative proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
