About the role

Were seeking an experienced Manager Mainframe Applications to lead a high-performing team in delivering strategic legislative and operational solutions across our ACCtion mainframe this role youll drive business value through robust application support enhancements and stakeholder collaboration. This role is critical to ensuring our systems support key business processes and comply with internal government and industry standards.

What were looking for

Deep Mainframe Expertise

You bring extensive experience managing and enhancing mainframe applications particularly within the ACCtion environment or similar legacy systems.

WorkSafe Business Knowledge

You understand the intricacies of workers compensation and premium-related business processes and can translate that knowledge into effective technical solutions.

Proven People Leadership

Youve led and developed high-performing teams with a strong focus on coaching resource planning and delivering results in complex technical environments.
