Job Summary
As a Dynamics 365 Delivery Lead in our Consulting technology implementation team you will lead large complex engagements involving multiple service lines. This is an exciting opportunity for join a fast-growing national team delivering high impact customer service outcomes.
Your Opportunity
- Drive assigned projects within the program of work ensuring initiatives come together from definition through to implementation
Manage and report on project pipeline and activities
Provide deep and detailed assessment of improvement opportunities and operational excellence
Create and maintain projects process and procedural documentation
Define business problems and develop solutions that challenge the way we think
Facilitate teamwork and create a collaborative environment to foster ideas
Represent the program and its achievements at senior level across the business

You have outstanding problem-solving skills including ability to handle complex problems
Your Experience
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile and traditional methodologies including 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Confluence MS Azure DevOps or equivalent
Strong experience in leading and facilitation of workshops with a wide range of stakeholders up to Executive level
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects highly desired
A strong ability to liaise influence challenge effectively and build relationships at all levels
Experience in Professional Services or Financial Services would be highly desirable
