People Analytics MBA Intern (WinterSpring 2026 Part-Time)

Were looking for a part-time MBA intern for our People Analytics team. Youll be an integral part of the People organization focusing on a specific data-oriented project to help the organization make data-informed decisions working with existing data to build tools that answer some of the companys most important questions.

Internship Term: Winter/Spring 2026 (January - April)
Commitment: 10-15 hours per week
Location: Onsite in Somerville MA (hybrid)
Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in a Boston-area MBA (Master of Business Administration) program

What Youll Do:

• Scope and execute a strategic people data project focused on AI implementation and/or data accessibility and within and beyond the People team.
• Work with our People Analytics and Data Engineering teams on best practices to build a solid foundation that will be used daily.
• Collaborate with People Analytics and Talent Strategy to answer questions that help us support and develop our Formlings as they do their best work.

About You:

• Current MBA student in the Boston area with availability to work onsite in Somerville at least 1 day per week
• Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical foundation in SQL Looker Tableau BigQuery Google Sheets and/or similar tools
• Knowledge of AI tools and implementation
• Ability to work independently to scope and execute an impactful project
• Familiarity with people data and HR tools (HRIS ATS engagement survey tools etc) a plus

Compensation:

This is an hourly role paying $37.50 per hour. You are paid for the hours that you work.
