Position Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. This role requires a data-driven strategic thinker with a track record in performance marketing. The successful candidate will manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels to meet business goals.
- Identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to performance marketing channels and media mix.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan create and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search social media display advertising and email marketing.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance including key metrics trends and recommendations.
4. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal spending and ROI.
- Track and report on budget utilization and performance.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative content and product to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external third-party vendors as needed.
6. Optimization:
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns including A/B testing of creatives landing pages and ad copy.
- Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- 3/4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in key digital marketing channels including Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush Tableau).
- Excellent understanding of SEM and PPC principles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
