Job Overview

As a Senior Digital Designer you play a key role in crafting and maintaining the visual and experiential expression of the T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile brands across digital advertising and digital experiences. You combine aggressive conceptual thinking with expert hands-on build execution producing work that connects emotionally performs strategically and pushes creative boundaries.

Youll be responsible for concepting crafting and building digital experiences across T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile-owned platforms including web & app campaign landing pages and interactive brand moments. Your projects will span from high-velocity offer promotions to digital storytelling and campaign work that bring T-Mobiles values to life.

You apply a user-centered and idea-led approach to build ensuring each visual moment is engaging intuitive and on brand. Youll collaborate closely with copywriters creative leads UX developers and marketing partners to bring creative ideas to life across every digital touchpoint. At times youll also provide build feedback and creative direction to help maintain cohesion and excellence across the digital ecosystem.

This role can be located in Bellevue WA. Overland Park KS. Frisco TX. or Herndon VA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and produce digital marketing and advertising creative across T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile web properties including promotional pages banners landing pages and campaigns.
  • Partner with copywriters and creative leads to concept and develop visual ideas that bring T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobiles brand voice to life.
  • Translate campaign direction and business objectives into clear compelling visual storytelling for digital channels.
  • Work collaboratively with UX developers project managers and business partners to ensure creative execution aligns with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Maintain a high bar for design craft and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Present creative solutions to internal teams and stakeholders efficiently communicating design rationale and brand alignment.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobiles digital design system templates and guidelines.
  • Mentor junior designers and help develop a creative supportive and inclusive team culture.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously balancing creativity speed and precision in a fast-paced environment.


Education and Work Experience:

  • High School diploma (required)
  • 6 years of relevant digital design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative digital advertising campaign design and polished visual execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of digital design principles responsive layouts and accessibility guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and how to adapt messaging across web and app.
  • Experience collaborating across teams with copywriters strategists UX and developers to bring ideas to life.
  • Excellent presentation communication and feedback skills.
  • Familiarity with AEM HTML/CSS or other CMS tools is a plus but not required.
  • A proactive collaborative demeanor and passion for creating digital work that connects with people.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Thrives in a collaborative constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent at prioritizing multiple assignments especially as it pertains to feedback delivery.
  • Figma or similar prototyping tool
  • Attention To Detail Strong attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Programs used every day including Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.

    Base Pay Range: $79000 - $142600

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
