We are recruiting for an experienced supply chain professional with core expertise in planning inventory management and vendor relationships. You will be able to deliver efficient effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements whilst adapting to fast changing market conditions. You will be instrumental in monitoring supplier capacity and performance and translating forecast trends into optimal inventory levels.
This is a brand-new role in an emerging global team and you will be expected to build new processes drive towards continuous improvement and lead projects to standardize simplify and automate as much as possible. You are a proactive agile strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communications skills.

What will you be doing
- Drive close collaboration with suppliers planning teams ensuring capacity is optimally allocated combating demand latency and enabling proactive mitigation of risks in the pipeline.
- Manage the planning cadence as part for the S&OP process to aggregate stock requirements and provide an updated supply forecast to suppliers.
- Monitor adherence to delivery plans and lead recovery efforts for supply gaps acting as primary point of escalation. Proactively develop and implement contingency plans.
- Analyse inventory levels and reposition stock into other global hubs to achieve optimum balance of supply/demand at a global level.
- Coordinate inbound activities with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely receipt and product availability.
- Engineer the material flow to enable healthy inventory management systems and process fluidity delivering highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Develop a 360 view of the dedicated supplier portfolio and become Operations resident expert in the region
- Coordinate global supply pipelines with the other regions.
