Introduction
Are you a Salesforce pro who loves turning business needs into clean scalable solutions Augmentt Technology Inc. is hiring a Salesforce Administrator (3month contract) to help us level up our gotomarket operations across Sales Marketing and postsales. This is a handson role for someone who can own daytoday admin work and drive process optimization light development (Flows) and integrations.
Contract: 3 months with potential to extend or convert to fulltime.
Note: This role requires successful clearance of a background check and references.

Position Overview
Youll be the primary owner of our Salesforce ecosystem partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to build automate and maintain processes that scale. Youll manage configuration and data quality across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Sales Engagement (HVS) and keep critical integrations humming including our own Augmentt App billing platform and other thirdparty tools.
Responsibilities
User & Access Management: Roles profiles permission sets sharing rules login policies and security reviews.
Data Operations: Imports/exports data hygiene deduplication mass updates backup practices and stewardship.
Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports dashboards and KPIs for leadership and GTM teams.
Configuration: Custom objects/fields page layouts record types validation rules and Flow automations.
Process Automation & Optimization: Lead routing scoring approvals sales stages SLAs and lifecycle workflows.
Sales & Marketing Ops: Support HVS (Sales Engagement) Account Engagement (Pardot) campaigns segmentation routing and attribution.
Integrations: Maintain and optimize integrations with the Augmentt App billing systems Jira and other key tools; support APIbased workflows.
Quality & Governance: Sandbox strategy change management testing release notes and documentation.
Enablement: Provide training howtos and office hours to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Monitoring: Proactively track data integrity system performance and usage to identify risks and opportunities.
What Were Looking For
2 years of handson experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fastmoving environment.
Musthave: Demonstrated expertise with Flows (recordtriggered screen and scheduled) and API/integration fundamentals (REST webhooks middleware tools or equivalent).
Proficiency with Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Service Cloud Pardot (Account Engagement) and HVS (Sales Engagement).
Strong grasp of data model design permissioning and declarative configuration best practices.
Comfortable with data tools (Data Loader Data Import Wizard) and building insightful dashboards.
Able to translate business requirements into technical configuration and explain tradeoffs in plain language.
Nice to have: Salesforce Administrator Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications; basic SOQL familiarity.
