Job Title:Temporary Administrative Assistant

This is a Temporary position limited to no more than 9-months.

Job Summary:

This position will work under the direct supervision of the Wilderness Medicine Coordinator to conduct work for the Annual Medical Kit Restock at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department of Emergency Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory of current medical kits

Purchasing replacement for medicine or supplies where estimated.

Creating the inventory list for new supply of medical kits.

Assisting with the shipment of kits to Greenland and Alaska.

Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora CO.

Previous experience creating medical kits for scientific field work.

Anticipated Pay Range:

The hiring rate for this position has been established at $25.00/ hour. The above salary rate represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training.

Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. Temporary employees are only eligible for sick leave benefits.
