The Controller oversees all accounting financial reporting and cost control functions for the manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with GAAP and providing leadership in budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning. The Controller partners closely with operations leadership to monitor production costs inventory and profitability.
Salary: $130-150000/year

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable/receivable payroll and fixed assets.
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements variance reports and operational performance metrics.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process working with operations and management to align financial goals with production targets.
- Develop and implement financial controls policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 5 years accounting experience
- Prior experience working for a manufacturing or industrial company
