Senior Recording Specialist

Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your real estate transaction experience Join our dynamic team in Anaheim CA 92806 as a Senior (Post Closing) Recording Specialist.

For this 11-month temp/contract role youll be responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties throughout the title process while working with our real estate transactions teams.

What youll do:

• The role is responsible for submitting the recordable mortgage documents to the individual recording jurisdictions/counties for recording via an electronic platform or through a vendor.
• Ensuring that the recordable documents are fully executed and notarized properly.
• Preparing any state required forms and/or review state required forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Updating the system of record on progress of recording as well as entering recording information uploading copies of recorded documents and preparing recorded documents for shipment back to the client(s).
• Interacting with clients to provide data and/or to resolve recording issues.

What youll bring:

• 5 years of recording and resolution experience (required)
• Multi-state recording experience
• National title company experience
• Experience with an electronic recording platform
• Ability to multi-task and produce error-free work
• Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing/growing environment
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to work independently but also as a part of a team
• Has a high school diploma; degree preferred

Current Start Date: Oct. 13 2025 Pay rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
