This role will be for the day shift (7am-3pm) and/or the afternoon shift (3pm-11pm).
What youll do
- Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment for PCB assembly.
- Perform machine setup adjustments and changeovers according to production schedules.
- Inspect components and boards to ensure placement accuracy and solder quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common equipment or process issues.
- Maintain documentation and follow safety and quality standards.
What youll need to get the job done
- Basic knowledge of PCB assembly processes electronic components and ESD handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills for equipment adjustments.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow established production procedures.
