Job Summary

Syntronic Production Services Canada is an Electronic Manufacturing Services provider located in Ottawas west end. Committed to our customers success we understand that our people are our greatest asset and we are always on the lookout for great talent.

This role will be for the day shift (7am-3pm) and/or the afternoon shift (3pm-11pm).

What youll do

Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment for PCB assembly.
Perform machine setup adjustments and changeovers according to production schedules.
Inspect components and boards to ensure placement accuracy and solder quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve common equipment or process issues.
Maintain documentation and follow safety and quality standards.

What youll need to get the job done

Basic knowledge of PCB assembly processes electronic components and ESD handling.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills for equipment adjustments.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow established production procedures.
