What Youll Be Doing
You will be the key point of contact for our German market clientele:
- Customer Communication: Respond to all client and corporate inquiries exclusively in German via phone email and live chat.
- Platform Expertise: Guide users troubleshoot problems and help configure our travel management tools and digital platform.
- Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve technical problems booking errors and itinerary issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions within our system.
Essential Job Requirements
To be eligible for this exciting role you must meet these mandatory criteria:
- Language Proficiency: You need native or near-native German fluency (C2 level) and strong working English (B2 level).
- Location: This is a full-time mandatory on-site role at our office in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Legal Eligibility: You must already possess EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship a Refugee Card or a Residency Card valid for over one year. We cannot process applications that require a Work Permit or Blue Card.
- The company will supply all necessary IT and office equipment.
Schedule and Benefits
Work Schedule
- This is a full-time (40-hour) position.
- You will work 8-hour shifts on a rotational schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Sunday with two rotating days off per week.
