Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Onsite Bulgaria Sofia)

Your Role:
- Provide top-notch support to Czech-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
- Address inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Stay informed about products policies and procedures.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts:
- Monday to Saturday:
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Requirements:
- Fluent Slovenian (written and spoken).
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Customer support experience is a plus.
