Job Opportunity: Customer Support Agent (Polish Speaker) for a Renowned Sports Brand

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid or Remote in Bulgaria)

Start Date: January 6th

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
  • Handle inquiries complaints and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and taking appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts: Monday to Saturday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm or 1:00 pm 10:00 pm.

Required Documents: EU Passport or Bulgarian residence card

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging between 3400 BGN and 3500 BGN.
