Victoria University is seeking a Policy and Communications Officer to support the development implementation and review of Enterprise and Digital policies and procedures. Youll provide critical analysis and input into policy initiatives coordinate related activities and ensure consistency across the portfolio.
Youll also be someone who can refresh the Portfolios SharePoint site and assist the Deputy Vice-Chancellors Office in updating governance reports.

About the Role:
The Policy and Communications Officer plays a key role in shaping and maintaining our Enterprise and Digital policy framework. This position is responsible for coordinating the development implementation and review of policies and procedures aligned with VUs strategic priorities.
This role provides critical analysis and expert input into policy initiatives while also managing a range of coordination activities to ensure consistency and compliance across the Portfolio.
This role will also work refresh and enhance the Portfolios SharePoint site and supports the Deputy Vice-Chancellors Office in reviewing and updating governance reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
