The Role

We are seeking Graduate Structural Engineers interested in developing their careers within our Bridges and Structures Roads & Highways team in Melbourne and Geelong.

Join SMEC and our Graduate Development Program and youll have the chance to work on some of the most complex projects in Australia.

As part of our program you will get to:

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures
• Assist in the preparation of proposals reports and other documents

About You

• Graduates will be in their final year or have graduated within the last 2 years
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to effectively manage ones time and workload
• A developed knowledge of analytical methods tools and principles
