FUNCTION:Perform general maintenance procedures of district buildings and grounds including plumbing grounds heating and air conditioning carpentry etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and maintain all buildings in a safe and operational condition;
Working knowledge of small equipment as well as backhoe trucks snow plow etc;
Be able to work alone;
Perform welding duties and repairs;
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two years of maintenance experience.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:Valid Class B CDL drivers license with a good driving record. Must be able to obtain CPR 1staid and forklift certifications. Also applicators certification.
