Job Summary
Do you speak Dutch fluently and enjoy creating great customer experiences
Were looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Advisor to join a global team working remotely from Turkey.
Youll be the key point of contact for customers solving challenges answering questions and making sure every interaction ends with a positive impression.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in Dutch via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a friendly professional way.
- Handle requests efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay proactive organized and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- A calm and empathetic approach when handling customer concerns.
- Able to work remotely from within Turkey with a reliable internet connection.
- Open to flexible schedules between Monday and Saturday.
