Job Summary
Senior Architectural Engineer
- BSc. Architectural
- 15 years of experience
- UPDA : Grade A
- BIM Capability is Mandatory (EIR-PWA)
- Consultant Experience
- Buildings Experience
- Previous Approval from PWA is preferable
- Duration: 24 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise architectural works across building construction projects (residential commercial hospitality or mixed-use).

Review develop and finalize architectural design drawings shop drawings materials specifications and finishes.

Coordinate closely with structural MEP and other discipline engineers to ensure seamless design integration and execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure architectural works are carried out as per approved drawings quality standards and project specifications.

Oversee selection and approval of architectural materials finishes mock-ups and samples.

Identify and resolve design and technical issues managing modifications and design clarifications (RFI).

Ensure compliance with local building codes authority regulations and project requirements.

Monitor project progress and support planning for resources schedules and work execution.

Participate in testing commissioning snagging and final handover of completed works.

Coordinate with consultants contractors and clients for design approval and project execution.
