Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotating Shifts)
- Two rotating days off per week
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring high-quality support.
- Provide accurate information about products and services addressing customer concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly maintaining satisfaction and ensuring positive experiences.
- Update customer records and track feedback to improve service.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish (native or C2 level).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts including weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
