We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic individual with native-level Italian fluency for a crucial Customer and Technical Support Advisor position. This is an on-site role based in the historic and vibrant city of Porto Portugal. The Role in Detail

You will be stepping into a frontline role serving as the trusted point of contact for our Italian clientele which primarily includes medical professionals and device users.

Your day will be dedicated to:

  • Exceptional Communication: Providing empathetic and clear support over the phone through email and via web chat to address all product and technical issues.
  • Rapid Resolution: Efficiently diagnosing problems with medical devices and guiding users through step-by-step troubleshooting protocols.
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintaining accurate detailed and compliant records of all customer contacts technical reports and resolved issues.
  • High Standards: Strictly adhering to the security and regulatory standards required when dealing with sensitive medical data and equipment.

Candidate Profile

To be eligible for this position you must meet the following criteria:

  • Language 1 (Essential): Flawless Italian (C2 level) in speaking reading and writing.
  • Language 2 (Business): A high working level of English (B2 minimum) for training and internal communication.
  • Location: Commitment to working in our Porto office (this is not a remote position).
  • Time Commitment: Must be completely flexible to work a 24-hour 7-day-a-week rotational schedule.

A Note on the Shifts

The continuous nature of healthcare support requires full schedule flexibility:

  • Work Days: Shifts are rotational scheduled across the entire week Monday through Sunday.
  • Rest: You will be scheduled for two rotating days off each week.
  • Overnight Coverage (22:00 07:00): You must acknowledge and accept that you will be required to cover the occasional Night Shift as a necessary part of the rotational pattern.
