Job Summary
Do you speak fluent French and want to launch or advance your customer service career in Portugal We are hiring dedicated Customer Care Experts to provide top-tier support for a leading global home appliance brand.
This position offers fantastic flexibility: you can work on-site at our state-of-the-art office in Lisbon or remotely from anywhere else provided you are currently living in Portugal.
What You Will Do
You will be the vital link between the company and its French-speaking customers. Your daily tasks involve handling communications (via phone email and chat) to:
- Solve problems and offer solutions related to product use technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Provide detailed product information and efficiently manage all after-sales requests.
- Ensure every customer interaction is positive professional and properly logged in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional French: You must have native or near-native fluency (C2) in reading writing and speaking French.
- Solid English: A minimum of B2 level proficiency in English is required for internal communication and training.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work legally in Portugal.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is great but not essential. We provide comprehensive paid training for all new hires!
Schedule and Comprehensive Perks
Your work schedule will be rotational covering shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Youll receive Sunday off plus one additional rotating day off during the week.
