Job Summary

Are you fluent in French and ready for a dynamic career supporting a major global brand in the home appliance sector Were looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Portugal. This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility of working on-site in the vibrant city of Lisbon or remotely from anywhere else within the country provided you are currently based here.

As a French-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist youll be the friendly voice and expert guide for our French-speaking clientele. Your main responsibility will be to manage incoming contactsover phone email and chatto resolve customer queries about product functionality technical troubleshooting and general after-sales support for high-quality home appliances. Success in this role means ensuring every customer interaction is positive delivering solutions efficiently and accurately documenting details in our systems.

What you need to bring:

Fluent/Native-level French (C2) is essential for engaging with our customers.
A good command of English (minimum B2) is required for internal communication and training.
You must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
Previous customer service or call center experience is a bonus but not mandatorywe provide comprehensive paid training!
A keen interest in technology or home appliances and a natural ability to troubleshoot are highly valued.

Your Schedule and What We Offer:

Your schedule will be rotative covering shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday.
You will have Sunday off one additional rotative day off during the week.
