About the Role:
We are looking for multilingual Customer Support Representatives to join an international team based in Athens Greece.
Youll provide high-quality support on behalf of a global client assisting customers via phone chat or email while ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in Italian French or Spanish

Provide accurate product or service information

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Record all interactions in the internal system

Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian French or Spanish (C1/C2)
Good command of English (B1/B2)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
