What Youll Be Doing

Provide person-centred support to participants in SIL homes
Assist with daily living tasks cooking cleaning personal care and medication prompts
Support community access social inclusion and life skill development
Encourage independence and confidence in daily routines
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high professional standards

What Were Looking For

Qualified Support Workers with at least a Certificate III in Disability Individual Support or Aged Care
Prior SIL or NDIS experience highly regarded
Compassionate dependable and great at building rapport
Hold a Current First Aid & CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check and Drivers Licence
Committed to providing exceptional consistent support
