Job Summary
At Scope We Celebrate People!
Were seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Site Manager to join our Goulburn team. Youll lead a high-dependency Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supporting clients with complex disabilities high physical support needs psychosocial disabilities and complex behaviours.

Were looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing a complex and high-physical support SIL
- 3 years experience supporting people living with complex mental health or psychosocial disabilities.
- A strong commitment to person-centered active support
- Excellent written and communication abilities.
- An understanding of NDIS practice standards behaviour support and continuous improvement plans.
- Willingness to work 1-2 billable shifts each week.
- Experience with professional development and performance management.
To be successful in this role:
- Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum) or significant industry experience.
- A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards behaviour support and restrictive practices and risk management principles.
- Full NSW Drivers LicenceCurrent First Aid and CPR certification. NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check
