TITLE: Learning & Development Partner (hybrid role)

WELL ESTABLISHED and GROWING company is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Partner to help take their L&D function to the next level.

SUMMARY:
- This is an individual contributor role that will be a key member of the companys L&D team
- Will design develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in L&D and/or talent management
- Strong strategic experience designing developing leading communicating and implementing various L&D and/or talent management initiatives projects and processes
- Very knowledgeable of Instructional design adult learning theory and learning technologies
- Experience with companies of 5000 or more employees
- Bachelors degree
