Salary: $80000 - $90000 base Uncapped Project Profitability Bonus (1st yr total $120k)

Estimator (3 yrs commercial waterproofing exp. req.) Description
Join our client a commercial and residential exterior services leader in the DC/MD/VA region as they grow their this role you will be responsible for estimating commercial waterproofing projects ranging in cost from $10k to $500k. As contracts are closed you will oversee the project work through to completion. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on individual who thrives in the field builds strong client relationships and delivers high-quality results across waterproofing masonry and exterior restoration projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a growing division offering the chance to shape operations influence company direction and potentially grow into a Division Manager role. Youll work closely with leadership and industry consultants while leading meaningful high-quality projects across the region.
Estimator (3 yrs commercial waterproofing exp. req.) Responsibilities
Estimate project scopes conduct takeoffs and produce professional proposals
Oversee projects from planning through closeout across DC MD and VA
Perform site surveys and attend client bid walks and meetings
Track budgets approve invoices and monitor job documentation
Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients
Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
Support process improvements and operational growth initiatives
Estimator (3 yrs commercial waterproofing exp. req.) Qualifications
3 years of commercial waterproofing experience required
Valid drivers license required
