Salary: up to $110000 base Uncapped Project Profitability Bonus (1st yr total $130k)

Estimator (3 yrs estimating exterior building services exp. req.) Description
Join our client an exterior building services leader in the DC/MD/VA region as they grow their this role you will be responsible for estimating commercial waterproofing projects ranging in cost from $10k to $500k. As contracts are closed you will oversee the project work through to completion. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on individual who thrives in the field builds strong client relationships and delivers high-quality results across waterproofing masonry and exterior restoration projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow their building envelope and waterproofing division offering the chance to shape operations influence company direction and potentially grow into a Division Manager role within 2-3 years while leading high-quality projects across the region.
Estimator (3 yrs estimating exterior building services exp. req.) Responsibilities
Estimate project scopes conduct takeoffs and produce professional proposals
Oversee projects from planning through closeout across DC MD and VA
Perform site surveys and lead bid walks and meetings
Track budgets approve invoices and monitor job documentation
Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients
Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
Identify process improvements and help build scalable workflows
Estimator (3 yrs estimating exterior building services exp. req.) Qualifications
3 years of estimating commercial construction/exterior building services experience required
Customer communication and jobsite coordination experience required
Valid drivers license required
