Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all maintenance parts tools and supply inventory.
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and purchasing teams to support operations.
- Optimize storage accessibility and cost efficiency for parts and supplies.
- Track and communicate inventory performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience in purchasing inventory control or maintenance operations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Hands-on proactive and reliable work style.
