Job Summary

The Mechanic Parts and Inventory Coordinator will manage all maintenance-related inventory processes ensuring the right parts tools and supplies are available when needed. The role requires exceptional organization accuracy and follow-through in tracking ordering and documenting inventory activity.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in purchasing inventory or maintenance support and enjoys working in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all maintenance parts tools and supply inventory.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and purchasing teams to support operations.
  • Optimize storage accessibility and cost efficiency for parts and supplies.
  • Track and communicate inventory performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchasing inventory control or maintenance operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Hands-on proactive and reliable work style.
