How youll add value
- Lead decisions on Salesforce operational planning architecture and execution
- Implement complex solutions by maintaining high quality standards driven by your expertise
- Act as the go-to Salesforce expertproviding end-user support training and technical guidance while resolving complex issues and driving adoption across teams.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot advanced technical issues ensuring system stability and scalability.
- Continuously monitor and enhance system performance scalability and integration capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Admins to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Lead efforts to refine and optimize support processes ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and high-priority tickets.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering their professional growth and development.
Youll be successful in this role if you
- Have 5 years of Salesforce Admin experience including Sales and Service Cloud
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce configuration including Flows Validation Rules Permission Sets Custom Objects
- Bring practical experience with Apex development (LWC/Aura is a strong plus)
- Are experienced in working within agile teams collaborating efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced iterative environments
- Have hands-on experience with MuleSoft (a strong plus)
- Possess excellent communication skills acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Are fluent in English
- Are comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g. Jira to manage tasks and support requests
