Job Summary

Overview

Our client is an established company with multiple locations across Eastern Canada. They are successful at servicing heavy industrial construction and compact equipment.

There is currently a need to hire a heavy equipment shop this role you will work Mon-Fri with some overtime available. You will work on various machinery and specialty components. Ideally you will have experience working on a variety of mid to large sized equipment.

The successful candidate will be a minimum 3rd year apprentice through an accredited Canadian trade institution and be seeking a long term position with a growing company. Requirements

-Minimum 3-5 years of mechanic experience.

-3rd year/4th apprentice or 421A certified

-Background with gas/diesel powered pumps preferred

-High mechanical aptitude electrical knowledge is an asset.

-Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities.

-Clear verbal and written English skills.

-Ability to interact professionally and in a positive level headed manner with customers.

-Someone who wants to grow within a company and work in a smaller shop.

-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada

-Fluent in verbal and written English
