Job Objective: In this role the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and serve as a trusted partner to both the Managing Directors and the Executives they support. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent follow-up and communication skills. This individual must also be able to multitask effectively and interact professionally with colleagues and clients. The position involves coordinating travel processing expense reports assisting with client events and managing logistical details to ensure a seamless experience. The Administrative Assistant will also support various ad hoc requests and projects such as document preparation filing and other administrative tasks as needed. This is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: - Manage travel and expenses including making travel arrangements and processing expenses for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the team and clients arranging catering when needed.
- Book conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests registering guests in the visitor system.
- Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements: - Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- High self-motivation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Familiarity with Concur is preferred
Salary Range: We anticipate the base salary range for this position at Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC to be approximately $ USD. The actual base compensation offered will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant years of experience career progression qualifications educational background certifications or professional licenses and role-specific skills. Base salary represents one element of Silvercrest Asset Managements comprehensive compensation package which also includes robust benefits and may include incentive-based compensation.
