Type of Contract: Local Hire

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

This position aims to support the daily activities of the Quality Organizations in FAL-Asia & Airbus China and its sub-teams. This includes to lead quality project management activities the department cost control IT/IS focal point for the entire Q department and to assist on all other quality matters in FAL-Asia & Airbus China.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Supervise department Opex/Capex reports and manage various costs including travel team-building and stationery expenses. She also approves Purchase Orders (PO) Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Change Requests (CR) in SAP on behalf of the Head of Quality (HoQ).

  • Manage the HoQs activities schedules and calendars and handle meeting agendas minutes and action tracking.

  • Manage Concur reimbursement iPeople and Fesco approval processes for the entire quality organization in Airbus China.

  • Support document preparation including memos letters reports and VIP visit agendas.

  • Manage and follow up on quality training for all employees.

  • Act as the IT Focal Point for managing IT equipment for new hires and replacements verifying SAP application access and serving as the Quality Focal Point for Data Tagging.

  • Track monthly absenteeism and headcount evolution and prepare reports for QSA.

  • Oversee the establishment of the Safety Promotion Centre (SPC) and coordinate follow-up visits.

  • Support quality-related projects and initiatives.

  • Effectively communicate management decisions to sub-managers and monitor the timely execution of assigned tasks.

  • Annually organize quality workshops and the Airbus Quality Day.

  • Handle ad hoc assignments and urgent requests from the HoQ.

  • Promote a quality and safety culture across the organization.

QUALIFICATION

  • EDUCATION: with Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration Management major.

  • EXPERIENCE: 5 year experience in senior administrative and executive support within a quality management domain. Preferably within a multinational corporation or a manufacturing/aerospace environment

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes Aircraft and Quality System understanding is preferable

  • Good at Google Suite knowledge

  • Proficient in SAP MM modules for PR GR.

  • Fluent English both in written and oral speaking

Soft Skills:

  • Communication skills cooperation skills

  • Adaptability and Flexibility
