Are you a strategic ICT leader ready to drive digital transformation across one of NSWs most impactful government departments The Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager ICT Program Delivery to lead the delivery of major digital data and ICT initiatives that support climate action environmental protection and sustainable water and energy management.
In this pivotal role youll oversee the full lifecycle of ICT programsfrom strategy and planning through to execution and transition to business-as-usual. Youll lead a high-performing team manage a significant program budget and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with government priorities and business objectives.

About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ICT program management within large complex organisations demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels. They will bring expertise in project governance risk management and performance reporting supported by tertiary qualifications or professional certifications in project or quality management.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
