We are searching for a Business Development Executive in our headquarters in Frisco TX. This is hybrid role. .

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Identify research and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling email outreach LinkedIn networking and referrals).

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

  • Manage and track leads opportunities and client interactions in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations proposals and quotations to decision-makers.

  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

  • Participate in trade shows industry events and networking activities to promote company offerings.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in business development B2B sales or account management.

  • Preferred experience with defense semiconductor medical or manufacturing clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
