The Opportunity:
Were on the lookout for a talented Construction Scheduler to join our growing team. This is not any Construction Scheduler role; its an opportunity to work with the best in the industry and shape the future of pool construction. As a Construction Scheduler at Anthony & Sylvan Pools you will:
- Be a liaison between the customer and the sub-contractors and will be responsible for coordinating all sub-contractor activities to complete each phase of construction.
- Set the construction timeline on all jobs ensure all work orders and necessary paperwork are delivered to each sub-contractor. and resolve any conflicts in scheduling.
- Make an impact by increasing market share sales revenue and profitability.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Were not just interested in your qualifications; we want to know what makes you tick. To excel in this role you should have the following:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required Associates degree preferred.
- One to three years experience with home improvement/builder industry required
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to overcome customer objections required.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills required.
- Microsoft Office; strong proficiency in Word Excel Power Point Outlook
- Strong attention to detail able to make decisions relative to scheduling
