We are seeking a Marketing / Sales Assistant / Telemarketer in North Huntingdon PA
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided lead lists.
-Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional and persuasive manner.
-Qualify leads record customer information and update CRM systems accurately.
-Follow call scripts and objection-handling techniques to maximize conversion.
-Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (calls conversions appointments etc.).
-Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values during every customer interaction.
-Provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer responses.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in telemarketing sales or customer service preferred.
-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Basic computer literacy (CRM software spreadsheets email).
-Strong listening and persuasion skills.
-High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
