Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Service Porter at Starling Chevrolet in Orlando FL plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with the service process and answer any questions they may have
- Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership
- Keep service drive and customer areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have or obtain Florida Drivers License within 30 days of hire
- Background Check and Drug Screen
